Hey! I saw your videos on YT and I don't usually play these types of games but I thought I might give feedback anyways.
It looks like there's a lot of mechanics in there and a lot of work put into it!
Now, I think the tutorial - intro is kind of overloaded, you pick up a bunch of stuff without really knowing what it does, then you have an upgrade menu with lots of stuff but it's not clear what it does either (to me at least)...
I would have preferred an automatic reload too!
That's just me tho. Otherwise, it's not really my style, but still. Keep it up!
Hey Marianne! Thanks for checking the game out and thanks for the feedback! Those are some great notes. This game could definitely use some pop ups to give some descriptions for sure. The automatic reload idea is really great too, that definitely makes sense, didn’t think of that. Not sure when or if I might implement changes here since this was kind of a jam game, but I’ll certainly keep those thoughts in mind for future projects or if I take this concept further. Again thank you so much for your thoughts! It’s always helpful to get insights that you as a dev miss on something. Cheers!
